JCI Central Davao BizLink was established as a business-oriented initiative of JCI Central Davao designed to transform professional connections into real business opportunities, partnerships, and economic value.
Developed in collaboration with the Davao CEO Valley (DCV) ecosystem, BizLink connects JCI members, entrepreneurs, professionals, and partner organizations based on their actual business needs, capabilities, and opportunities.
Rather than focusing solely on traditional networking, BizLink promotes purposeful business matching—connecting enterprises that can become clients, suppliers, service providers, strategic partners, or collaborators.
Its early implementation demonstrated this approach through business introductions and collaborations, including the PEPLO HRIS × NEXLEAD BDS partnership, where two businesses were connected through the BizLink initiative and progressed toward an actual business engagement.
BizLink represents JCI Central Davao’s continuing evolution as a business-oriented Local Organization, using entrepreneurship and enterprise development as practical tools for creating sustainable positive change.

BIDA (Birth Identity Drive for All) is a community-based initiative of JCI Central Davao created to help underserved individuals, particularly members of Indigenous Peoples (IP) communities, obtain the civil registry documents necessary to establish their legal identity.
The initiative was developed in partnership with the Municipality of Pantukan, Davao de Oro, through Hon. Councilor Tirzo Cruz Jr., and in coordination with the Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA). It initially targeted 100 IP beneficiaries who needed assistance in securing PSA Negative Certifications and completing requirements for delayed registration of birth.
BIDA recognizes that a birth certificate is more than a document—it is a gateway to education, healthcare, government assistance, employment, and the exercise of basic civil rights.
Through BIDA, JCI Central Davao transformed a documentary problem into a practical community intervention, helping individuals move toward formal recognition and greater access to opportunities.

Davao CEO Valley (DCV), founded by JCI Central Davao Senators Ted Espinosa and Doc Allan Botuyan, is a business community and entrepreneurial platform that brings together CEOs, founders, professionals, investors, business owners, and aspiring entrepreneurs to learn, collaborate, and create meaningful business opportunities.
Through its signature coffee-table sessions, DCV provides a practical environment where participants discuss real business challenges, exchange experience-based insights, build partnerships, and transform conversations into opportunities for enterprise growth.
Over time, DCV has evolved into a business ecosystem focused on helping enterprises become more structured, resilient, scalable, and investment-ready.
With DCV 2.0, the ecosystem is anchored on three core pillars:
CONNECT — Bring together the right people, industries, resources, and opportunities.
CATALYZE — Transform connections, ideas, and capabilities into collaboration and growth.
CREATE VALUE — Build sustainable enterprises, partnerships, and opportunities that generate economic and community impact.
DCV 2.0 further focuses on three critical drivers of business growth: Capital, Capability, and Customers.
Today, DCV serves as a strategic partner of JCI Central Davao BizLink, linking leadership development with entrepreneurship and real business opportunities. Through this partnership, entrepreneurs and enterprises gain stronger access to professional expertise, strategic partners, markets, capital, technology, and business resources.
Together, Davao CEO Valley and JCI Central Davao BizLink are building a more connected and productive business ecosystem—strengthening enterprises, creating opportunities, encouraging collaboration, and contributing to the economic development of Davao and Mindanao.
CONNECT. CATALYZE. CREATE VALUE.
